The former CEO of Great Clips paid more than $9 million for a home in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. It was the priciest metro Phoenix house to sell during the middle of October.

Raymond Barton, former CEO of the hair salon chain Great Clips, bought a 7,809-square-foot home on the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. The house comes with seven bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms, two offices, a family lounge and a kids’ playroom. A Delaware LLC called Heriaud Heartland sold it.
