One of Penn State’s most important recruits in the 2026 cycle has chosen a new destination.

Appoquinimink (Del.) wide receiver Jahsiear Rogers flipped his commitment from the Nittany Lions to Oklahoma on Monday . He took an official visit with the Sooners over this past weekend.

Rogers had been committed to Penn State since July 27, 2024, one of the longest-tenured pledges in the class. He ranks as a four-star, 330th overall and 52nd at wide receiver, according to the 247Sports Composite .

Despite the modest rating, Rogers was an impressive name to watch during camp season this past summer. He was an important prospect for a Penn State team long looking for difference makers at wide receiver.
