A 34-year-old woman is facing a charge after police responded to a call on Friday.

Police alleged the woman struck her spouse.

She was released from police custody to appear in Cornwall court on Nov. 27.

A 40-year-old man from Cornwall is facing three charges following a police investigation.

Police responded to a theft call on July 27, after which officers alleged the man was in possession of a credit card that had been reported stolen, and used the card to fraudulently make a purchase at a convenience store on Marlborough Street. The man was located on Friday by officers responding to a suspicious-person call and took the suspect into custody.
