A drug dealer has been jailed after police made found a large sum of cash, cannabis and phones inside his car.

Jack Girvan, who is pictured grinning in his mugshot, was sentenced to four years in prison at Stafford Crown Court last Thursday, October 23.

The 29-year-old, of Cannock , was dealing both cocaine and cannabis in Cannock before he was locked up.

Staffordshire Police said he was stopped while driving a car in Chadsmoor in April last year.

Upon searching, officers uncovered phones, cannabis and £688 in cash.

After sentencing, the force said: "A cocaine and cannabis dealer in Cannock has been jailed after being stopped by major and organised crime officers.
