A legal challenge against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's executive order banning intoxicating hemp products has been postponed , allowing sales to continue across the state until a December hearing.
Franklin County Judge Carl Aveni extended a previous 14-day Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) after attorneys representing the hemp industry and the governor's office agreed to return to court on Dec. 2. Advertisement
