BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a crash on Interstate 459 Saturday as a pregnant 23-year-old Northport woman.

Cambraya Sharondae Broach and her unborn child were injured when they were passengers in a multi-vehicle crash on I-459 at Acton Road in Vestavia Hills Saturday morning.

The crash happened at 3:26 a.m., after which Broach was transported to UAB Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.
