LONGVIEW, Texas — A Longview PD officer was involved in a crash Tuesday night.

According to Sgt. LaDarian Brown, the crash occurred on Gilmer Rd. in front of the Magic China restaurant. An on-duty police officer was involved in a minor crash with a white Chevrolet truck around 7:06 p.m., causing significant damage to the officer's vehicle.

Everyone at the scene was evaluated by EMS at the scene and no injuries were reported. Details surrounding the crash are currently scarce. CBS19 will update this article when we learn more.
