CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Cleveland Heights man accused of scamming more than a dozen customers through his clock repair business has been indicted, according to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley’s office.
Michael Daniel, 37, owned and operated Cleveland Clock Repair LLC from January 2021 through October 2025, serving customers in Cleveland Heights, Cleveland and Medina, according to prosecutors.

In total, prosecutors say 15 people were affected, with losses estimated at $26,000 in unpaid services and unreturned clock
