LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) -- A Columbiana County judge has agreed to turn over operations of a charity in Rogers to a Columbus law firm while a lawsuit against the charity's leaders plays out in court.

According to court records, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost asked the court for a temporary restraining order against Lamb's House and those who hold the purse strings for the organization. From this point forward, all financial dealings for Lamb's House will be conducted through a receivership overseen by the law firm.

The judge granted the order, citing the likelihood that the charity's president, Mark Altomare, and two board members breached their fiduciary duties and failed to protect the assets of the charity. The judge also wanted to preserve any assets so there would be something left to
