These saucy wings will be a touchdown at any tailgate.

"This is a fun way to serve wings, because the sauce has different flavors from a classic Buffalo sauce—and there is an option for both grilling and baking," says Lindsey Baruch , the author of the cookbook Something Delicious .

She continues, "The wings get crispy and are tossed in the Meyer lemon and harissa glaze, which adds crunch, tenderness and saucy goodness," describing the sauce as having "bright citrus" and "smoky heat" flavors.

If you can’t find Meyer lemons, which taste like a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange, Baruch says you can swap them for regular lemons.
