OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - One man is under arrest and another person was taken to a hospital after police said the two got into a fight over work duties, which led to a shooting.

Oshkosh Police said officers were called to a business located in the 1800 block of Jackson Street at around 1:50 a.m. on Wednesday.

Upon further investigation, police said officers discovered that two employees had gotten into an argument about work duties and that the suspect had a gun.

At one point, the verbal argument turned into a physical fight and the victim was shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment of a non-life-threatening injury.
