FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - As hundreds of thousands of Middle Tennesseans face possible hunger or financial distress with the impending pause to SNAP benefits, another nonprofit is stepping up to help.
OneGenAway will launch drive-thru food supplement pickups starting Tuesday, the Franklin nonprofit said in a press release. The organization is also more than tripling its Doorstep Pantry Home Delivery Service and partnering with Metro Nashville Police to distribute food.
