LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One of Louisville’s major neighborhood events this October is now capping the number of visitors who can attend on Friday.
“Halloween on Hillcrest” is a family friendly celebration where many homes on Hillcrest Avenue decorate for the spooky season.
The street is closed to vehicle traffic so thousands of people can go trick-or-treating or just walk through the neighborhood to see all the spooky Halloween decorations.
Anyone attending will be required to have a ticket, which are free. In a social media post Wednesday, organizers said there is now a cap of 5,000 tickets this year.
To enter “Halloween on Hillcrest,” you will need to enter at one of the intersecting streets (Brownsboro, Frankfort, Field, or English).
Trick-or-treating will be available from 5 p.m. to
