INDIANAPOLIS — A 17-year-old girl has signed a plea agreement to drop a murder charge against her in relation to a deadly drive-by shooting at the wrong house on Indy's east side —in exchange for her testimony against the other two teens involved.
According to court documents, Savannah Allen will plead guilty to assisting a criminal, which is a Level 5 felony.
Allen's sentence is open, court documents say, and she will not be sentenced until after her cooperation is complete in testifying in the murder cases against Tyler Gibson and Joaquin Harmon-Segura.
Gibson and Harmon-Segura are scheduled to be tried together on Dec. 9.
