The State of Colorado has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump, the U.S. Department of Defense, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Department of the Air Force, and Secretary of the Air Force Troy Meink, challenging the decision to relocate the U.S. Space Command headquarters from Colorado Springs to Huntsville.

"The problem I have with Colorado, one of the big problems, they do mail-in voting," Trump said.

The State of Colorado claims this decision violates the Tenth Amendment and the Elections Clause of the U.S. Constitution
