FC Cincinnati has submitted its final proposal for a $332 million mixed-use development in the West End, drawing mixed reactions from residents who are divided over its potential impact on the community.

The newest renderings of FC Cincinnati's final plan reveal two towers at the corner of Central Parkway and Liberty Street, which will house FCC offices, apartments, a boutique hotel and an entertainment venue. Advertisement

While some neighbors welcome the new development for revitalizing the area, others worry it is pushing out longtime residents.

Christopher Griffin, vice president of the West End Community Council and a 37-year resident, expressed optimism about the project.
