KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help as they investigate vandalism that took place on the Farragut High School campus last month.
The vandalism took place on September 30 between 11:30 p.m. and midnight. Investigators say six white male suspects spray-painted multiple facilities, signs, and roadways surrounding the football complex and caused several thousand dollars in damages.
All six were wearing masks and entered the campus on foot from West End Avenue. They exited by climbing the fence along Lendon Welch Way before heading back towards West End Avenue.
According to a sheriff's office release, they may have parked at a business on West End Avenue to avoid the vehicle being captured on school security footage.
