GAITHERSBURG, Md. — A Takoma Park man has been arrested for recording women inside gym bathrooms.

44-year-old Tshikundi Taty was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at a Planet Fitness in White Oak. Police followed him in the women's locker room disguised as a woman. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit where he was charged with multiple counts of peeping tom and related offenses.

Montgomery County Department of Police in the fifth district first responded to an incident on Friday Oct. 10 at a One Life Fitness Club which is located in 20500 block of Seneca Meadows Parkway in Germantown. A woman reported an unknown person walked into the locker room and recorded her in the shower.
