Reliance Brands Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, has signed a long-term master franchise agreement with Italy’s MAX&Co., bringing the contemporary fashion label to India for the first time.

Part of the Max Mara Fashion Group, MAX&Co. is known for its dynamic, design-driven clothing and modern approach to femininity. The brand’s debut store is scheduled to open in Mumbai in early 2026, followed by a phased expansion across key metropolitan cities.
