Railway Avenue between Fourth Street and Sixth Street will be reduced to single lane traffic beginning Thursday and is expected to last until the end of the day Friday. Fifth Street will be reduced to local traffic only with no through access to Railway Avenue.

No parking will be permitted within the work zone on Railway Avenue. Drivers are asked to be mindful of oncoming traffic in the single lane zone, obey all posted traffic signage, and use alternate routes whenever possible to avoid delays.
