FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - Today marks the anniversary of a tragedy in our area that sparked a statewide movement in the name of school bus safety.
Seven years ago on Oct. 30, 2018, four children were hit by a truck as they tried to cross State Road 25 to board their school bus in Fulton County.
Three children — 9-year-old Alivia Stahl and her twin 7-year-old brothers Mason and Xzavier — were killed. Their neighbor, Maverik Lowe, was seriously injured.
As you can imagine, this time of year remains extremely difficult for the families of those children.
WNDU’s Tricia Sloma recently caught up with Brittany Ingle — the mother of Alivia, Mason and Xzavier — and started the conversation with the question so many people are wondering: How is she doing?
Here’s an update on her family: Brit
