HOOVER, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A 19-year-old man from McCalla died Wednesday in a crash near the Riverchase Galleria.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Adrian Derandre’ Hunter. Police say Hunter was the only person in his vehicle.

The crash happened just before noon on I-459 South at Highway 31. Hunter died at UAB Hospital.

Hoover Police are investigating the crash.
