BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - We will continue with the FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY for both inland and coastal areas on Friday due to heavy rainfall and strong winds. The fact that this storm comes on Halloween and there are all kinds of activities and trick-or-treaters, has weighed heavily on the decision to issue the First Alert.
The clouds we had all day today will be sticking around overnight. Low pressure moving into the Mid Atlantic will continue to make its way in our direction tonight. Rain will begin to move in southern and western communities shortly after 9 PM. For communities from Bangor north & east, the rain will arrive after midnight.
