STORRS, Conn. — Coming off an inconsistent season, expectations are high for the No. 4 UConn men’s basketball team entering the 2025-2026 campaign.
The Huskies excelled in scrimmages against Boston College and Michigan State and will open the regular season Monday night against New Haven at Gampel Pavilion.
With a talented and deep roster, it is not surprising that several UConn players have been chosen to compete for a range of prestigious awards this year.
Earlier this month, five Huskies earned preseason recognition at Big East Media Day.
