TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Want to know how much you might be paying per month for health insurance?

The federal government has released premium prices for Affordable Care Act health insurance plans for 2026, which could be much higher for certain enrollees.

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, the average amount ACA insurers will charge is going to increase by 26%. In states that use Healthcare.gov, like Florida, premiums are rising at an average of 30%.

Other enrollees could face even steeper increases.
