ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota has been recognized as one of the top states for jobs, placing third overall in a new WalletHub report. Governor Tim Walz says the state excelled in categories such as median annual income, economic environment, and job market.
“Amid national economic security, Minnesota is among the best states in the nation for job seekers looking for good benefits, a diverse economy, and a decent wage,” said Governor Walz. “We’re seeing the results of years of collaboration between state government, businesses, and the hard-working Minnesotans who make up our economy.” The report highlighted Minnesota's median household income of $86,000, adjusted for cost of living, as one of the highest in the country.
