LUBBOCK, Texas--James Bishop aka "Duce Capone," was arrested Thursday in Abilene by US Marshals for his involvement in an East Baylor Street shooting that left Robert Johnson, 29, deceased at the scene.

EverythingLubbock.com previously reported that the Lubbock Police Department responded to reports of a shots fired call around 1:00 a.m. on February 2 in the 1900 block of East Baylor Street.

Upon arrival, officers located Johnson with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
