The staff at HoneyBaked in Morristown is preparing for another busy holiday season. Plans are underway to offer a prime rib special for Christmas. Things are always humming when Thanksgiving peaks over the horizon and owner Jennifer Hernon said she’s excited to see how things unfold.
And while things are looking up right now, it’s been a topsy-turvy journey getting to this point; Jennifer opened the store, located at 1705 W. Andrew Johnson Highway, in 2018, but it wasn’t long before the COVID-19 pandemic would throw the world into chaos. But just getting HoneyBaked Morristown to that point was quite a task, in and of itself.
