SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed by a group of former Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) students from Chile.

Court documents indicate that both the former students and Premier Services informed the District Court of the settlement. The terms have not been released at this time.

In an order filed on Monday, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Kelly Mahoney ordered the case to be closed.

Both parties have no later than 45 days to file closing documents.
