(WMTV) - Reedsburg’s own Will Mikonowicz delivered a performance for the ages in the Beavers’ Level 1 playoff victory over Waterford, securing his place as the 15 Sports High School Athlete of the Week. Mikonowicz, a senior, showcased an unstoppable force on the field, rushing for an astounding 498 yards and scoring 7 touchdowns on just 30 carries in the 49-24 win.

His remarkable 498 rushing yards is the second-highest single-game total in Wisconsin state history, a testament to his sheer determination and skill. But Mikonowicz’s contributions weren’t limited to offense; he also made a significant impact on defense with 10 tackles and an interception, alongside a 31-yard punt return.
