Rylan Richter scored six touchdowns to lead King’s Way Christian to playoff-clinching victory as the Knights beat Fort Vancouver 55-12 in a Trico League game Thursday at Kiggins Bowl.
The Knights’ win, coupled with Kalama’s win over Castle Rock, clinched a Week 10 playoff berth for King’s Way Christian (4-5, 3-3) for a second consecutive season.
Richter caught five passes for 118 yards, all for touchdowns. He also had a 57-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter. And he intercepted a pass on defense and added a PAT conversion kick.
Owen Paulsen passed for 279 yards and six touchdowns and added a 58-yard touchdown run.
Logan Dewess passed for 212 yards and one touchdown and rushed for another score for Fort.
