An alleged East Lothian thief was caught on camera stealing milk from a doorstep.
The brazen incident was captured on ring doorbell footage during the early hours of Thursday morning in the Stoneybank area of Musselburgh.
In footage shared with Edinburgh Live, one individual can be seen walking up the driveway before nicking a pint of milk. It was captured just after 1am.
The person was wearing a jacket with the hood up before fleeing the scene on a bike.
The resident, who caught the moment on her ring doorbell, said the milkman had arrived 10 minutes previous.
She said: "To the poor guy that stole my pint of milk at 1.05am...stealing is really not on."
