A rainfall warning for the Montreal area that was issued Thursday continues into Friday, threatening to dissolve Halloween makeup.
The heavy rain should let up by afternoon, and continue to ease into the evening. Take it slow on your commute home, and if you’re driving, be extra vigilant about early trick-or-treaters, who could be hard to see with light reflecting off damp roads.
Up to 30 millimetres of rain is expected for the Montreal area with wind gusts of up to 50 km/h. The high for the day is 10 C, with an overnight low of 3 C.
Things will dry up over the weekend, with a high of 6 C on Saturday and Sunday.
