From virtually hitting the Mother Road with an artificial intelligence-powered experience to paying homage to Oklahoma City as a cultural crossroads, Google Arts & Culture is revving up for next year's centennial celebration of Route 66 .
Since Oklahoma boasts more drivable miles of Route 66 than any other state, Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell said it was only fitting that Google Arts & Culture kicked off its virtual road map to "the greatest American road trip" at a special gathering Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City.
