Portland police said they learned that a group was planning a street takeover on Halloween night and they are asking anyone who has information to come forward.

Police said they received information that a group was working together to arrange a street takeover in the industrial park area of the town, which has direct access to the Arrigoni Bridge, allowing easy access in and out of the town.

They warned that street takeovers are illegal and dangerous, anyone who takes part could be arrested and vehicles could be towed.

Police ask anyone who has information about this to reach out to the department.
