Chandigarh, October 31, 2025-The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) Regional Office, Chandigarh, organized a special Aadhaar Enrolment and Update Camp for visually impaired children at the Institute for the Blind, Sector 26, Chandigarh.

The initiative aimed to ensure that every child has access to an updated and valid Aadhaar, enabling them to avail various welfare schemes and services linked to the digital identity ecosystem. Through the dedicated efforts of the UIDAI team, 35 Mandatory Biometric Updates (MBUs) were successfully completed during the camp.
