INDIANAPOLIS — An arrest warrant has been issued for a suspect who police say ran over a man on Indy's northwest side, leaving him for dead without stopping or calling 911.
Dominique Lamont King, 32, was charged this week in Marion County Court with two counts of felony obstruction of justice and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. Online records show a warrant for his arrest is active as of 11:30 a.m. Friday.
King is accused of being the driver who crashed into Avery Devon Neal earlier this month on Michigan Road, leaving the scene without helping the 32-year-old pedestrian who eventually died.
