St. Georges and Sussex Academy earned the No. 1 seeds when the DIAA announced the Division I and Division II field hockey tournament brackets on Oct. 31.
St. Georges, the top seed in D-I, enters the tournament as Delaware's only undefeated team in the regular season at 15-0.
D-II leader Sussex Academy is in pursuit of its third straight state title.
The 12-team D-II tournament begins Nov. 4, and the eight-team D-I tournament starts Nov. 6 with the higher seed hosting. The championship games will be held at Dover High on Nov. 15.
