LOS ANGELES — Comedian and actress Amy Schumer said she finally feels “strong and like myself” after navigating a complex health journey, sharing a message of resilience and self‑acceptance.

In a Friday Instagram post , the 44‑year‑old star gave thanks to her trainer, doctor and support team, crediting them with helping her regain strength following back surgery and treatment for endometriosis.

“I’m enjoying how I look but man it is all about how you feel,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful to be pain free thanks to my trainer @mona.t.dpt at @reload.pt who has helped strengthen me since my back surgery and @seckinmd for lifting all the endometriosis’ out of my body. @midihealth helping me navigate perimenopause and my psychologist.”
