Liverpool, N.Y. — Deputies are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 73-year-old Onondaga County man who may be vulnerable due to dementia.

David Woodruff was last seen around 6:18 p.m. Friday near Norstar Boulevard in Liverpool, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

Woodruff is described as a white man with gray hair, hazel eyes and a distinct mole on his forehead. He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, blue pants and a leather jacket. He is also known to wear a brown knit cap.

Anyone who sees Woodruff is asked to call 911 immediately. Deputies ask that people do not approach him in a way that could startle him but instead keep him in sight and report his exact location, direction of travel and the time he was seen.
