SCANDINAVIA, Wis. (WBAY) - Two federal judges have ordered the Trump administration to use emergency funds to partially cover SNAP benefits in November, but millions of Americans could still face delays.

In Waupaca County, one pizza shop is helping families during the shutdown.

Sliced Pizza Company in Scandinavia is doing more than serving meals; it’s offering help, giving away free pizzas to families impacted by the government shutdown and the potential pause and delay of SNAP benefits.

“Families are going without paychecks, and I needed to do something. And the best thing I do is food, and I thought that was the best way I could help out,” says owner Lisa Shirek
