The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch the Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 (Phase 2) on November 7, offering affordable flats to residents of the national capital. The scheme aims to help citizens fulfil their dream of owning a home in the national capital at lower prices.

Under the scheme, flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning those who apply earlier will have a higher chance of getting a flat. The application window will open at 12 noon on November 7, through the official DDA portal. The housing scheme is targeted at individuals from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories. The flats are priced between ₹11.8 lakh and ₹32.7 lakh, depending on the category and location.
