Nine people are fighting for life after passengers travelling from Doncaster to London were attacked in a mass stabbing on Saturday night (November 1). Ten people were injured and taken to hospital, with nine suffering life-threatening injuries.

Two people were arrested after the train stopped at Huntingdon . Armed police attended the scene.

Counter-terror police are now involved in the investigation, which has been declared a 'major incident'. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer described the attack as 'appalling' and 'deeply concerning' in a statement on Saturday night.
