Police have charged a man following two attempted armed robberies at the same Crestmead unit last night.
It will be alleged that around 10.10pm, a man armed with what appeared to be a shotgun attended a unit on Trulson Drive and demanded money from the occupants, before fleeing.
Around 1.05am, police were notified that the armed man had returned to the unit and made further threats.
Police attended and observed a man fleeing down Trulson Road, where he was arrested at 1.13am.
A subsequent search of the area located a gel-blaster and a Toyota Kluger, which were seized.
A crime-scene was declared
No one was injured during either incident.
A 29-year-old Hillcrest man has now been charged with two counts of each of attempted armed robbery and enter with intent.
