Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from Logan since 6 October.

The girl (pictured) was last seen leaving an address in Flagstone on foot and has not been seen since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Officers believe she may be in or around the Jimboomba area.

She is described as slim build, approximately 164cm tall, with short dark hair with blonde tips, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown crop top and blue jeans.

Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information that could assist in locating her, to contact police immediately.
