A primary school in Wales has been shut down by police following threatening messages posted online. Dafen CP School in Llanelli was closed on Monday, November 3.
Dyfed-Powys Police received information in the early hours of the morning "that required safeguarding action to be taken", according to a statement from the force. In collaboration with Carmarthenshire County Council, the decision was made to close the school.
There is currently a police presence at the school and surrounding areas.
