FARMINGTON, Conn. — Farmington police officers are investigating an ATM theft early Monday morning.

They're also working to see if the burglary was connected to other overnight burglaries in two different towns.

Just before 2 a.m., Farmington officers were called to the Mobil gas station on Farmington Avenue after receiving a burglar alarm and a glass break alarm from the business.

When they got to the scene, officers found that the front door had been forced off its hinges and the store's ATM had been removed.

According to police, an initial investigation shows that three suspects, all wearing masks, arrived in a dark blue Volvo SUV and removed the ATM before driving off from the area before police could arrive.
