LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Lakewood last month officially filed a joint motion along with Barberton to intervene in the case of FirstEnergy currently before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) seeking to lower its obligations to the public for providing safe and reliable power.
Regarding to an article detailing Lakewood’s decision, FirstEnergy recently submitted a statement to cleveland.com:
