Residents of The Nations to file ethics complaint against Metro Council member for alleged intimidation, abuse of office

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Some residents in The Nations are continuing to push against Metro Councilman Rollin Horton .

A group of residents of District 20 are filing an ethics complaint and requesting an investigation into Horton for alleged harassment, intimidation and abuse of office.

“The complaint cites a disturbing pattern of harassment, intimidation, and abuse of power targeting citizens engaged in the lawful effort to recall him from office,” the group, Voices of District 20, said.

“The complaint will be based on multiple incidents — including cyber harassment, doxxing, misuse of police resources, and interference with recall volunteers — that appear to violate Tennessee law and the Metro Ethics Code,” the residents said.
