Two girls around the age of 11 are hospitalized after being thrown from a Ferris wheel at a festival in New Roads, Louisiana.
The accident occurred some time before noon on Saturday, Nov. 1, the second day of the Louisiana Harvest Festival.
The extent of the girls' injuries has not been disclosed, but both were taken to the Baton Rouge Children's Hospital , NBC News reported.
